We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team at FNC in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives across assigned accounts.
- Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility, availability, and placement of products.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and pricing strategies with key customers.
- Track sales trends, analyze data, and generate regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Have E- commerce experience and strong relationships within Lulu, City center and Talabat.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in Arabic ; English is an advantage.
