We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team at FNC in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives across assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility, availability, and placement of products.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and pricing strategies with key customers.
  • Track sales trends, analyze data, and generate regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Have E- commerce experience and strong relationships within Lulu, City center and Talabat.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in Arabic ; English is an advantage.
