Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts in the B2B sector. This involves understanding clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements and pain points.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within organizations to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and align with their objectives.
  • Present tailored solutions that address clients' challenges and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new leads and opportunities within the B2B sector by conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop strategic approaches to engage and win new business by utilizing networking and relationship-building skills to expand the client base and increase market penetration.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and account management in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and government regulations to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.
