Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator II to join our team, responsible for providing comprehensive support to dealers in managing their sales opportunities, quotations, and orders. The successful candidate will be a key player in building strong relationships with dealers, helping them enhance their sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Opportunity Management: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement a dealer opportunity management process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of sales information from dealers, recording it in the system, and tracking project progress.
  • Order Management: Manage dealer order submissions, making objective and fair judgments, and documenting these to encourage dealers to increase business coverage and minimize disputes during the sales tracking process.
  • National Pharmaceutical Platform Integration and Support: Assist in generating related quotation documents and entering orders into the platform's overall process.
  • Dealer Annual Contract Signing and Support: Work closely with Channel Operation Managers.
  • Sales Process-Related Training: Collaborate with Channel Operation Managers to organize training courses for sales teams at dealerships, providing guidance on sales processes and opportunity management.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, etc.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with dealers or in channel sales support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing and sales management concepts, understanding dealer operational models.
  • Proficiency in Office software, particularly Excel, for data processing and analysis, and ability to use functions, charts, and other tools to present data.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling effective interaction with various levels of dealership staff.
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, allowing rapid grasp of new product knowledge and resolving unexpected work issues.
  • High sense of responsibility, excellent service awareness, and willingness to patiently provide detailed support to dealers.
  • Good teamwork spirit, willing to share experiences and information with colleagues to achieve shared work goals.
  • Ability to handle pressure effectively, adapting to fast-paced work environments and multiple tasks and challenges.
