About the Role:

Tamdeed General Building & Contracting Co. WLL is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm division. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive project execution within the sector. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and deep knowledge of ministry regulations in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee all plumbing, fire fighting, and fire alarm projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality and efficiency.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Kuwait Ministry Requirements, KFD (Kuwait Fire Department) regulations, and international standards.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and guide project teams, engineers, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations and high-performance standards.
4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, support tendering processes, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
5. Project Budgeting & Cost Control: Oversee financial aspects of the division, optimizing costs without compromising quality and compliance.
6. Technical Expertise: Provide strategic input on system design, installation, testing, and maintenance for fire safety and plumbing systems.
7. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, government entities, and internal teams, ensuring transparency and project success.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related field.
2. Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems, including compliance with Kuwait's regulatory standards.
3. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
4. Leadership & People Management: Strong experience in managing teams, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring operational excellence.
5. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, water supply networks, drainage, and smoke ventilation systems.
6. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, KFD, and Kuwait's ministry requirements.
7. Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
