Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Doroob, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Description
This role involves visiting prospective customers, collecting leads, and maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure continued revenue growth. You will be responsible for promoting Doroob's products and services to all potential customers in the database and developing a portfolio of existing customers through strong communication and relationship-building. Additionally, you will identify business opportunities, assess client needs, and match them with Doroob's services to acquire new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting prospective customers to collect leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Promoting Doroob's products and services to all potential customers in the database.
- Developing a portfolio of existing customers through strong communication and relationship-building.
- Identifying business opportunities and assessing client needs.
- Matching client needs with Doroob's services to acquire new business.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to build rapport with clients. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of sales success and be familiar with the principles of business development. As this role involves frequent travel, you must also have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $65,000 per annum, commissions, and other benefits.
