About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail store management, with experience in payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations effectively, including maintaining accurate records and documentation pertaining to workforce management. Additionally, they will operate all necessary equipment, such as POS systems, inventory control systems, phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and other office equipment.

A key aspect of this role is overseeing the operation and maintenance of all facilities and equipment used in the boutique, including HVAC, electrical systems, security systems, communications/MIS systems, and more. Effective communication skills are essential, as the successful candidate will need to provide clear instructions to department managers and associates while listening attentively to others.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management
  • Management of accurate records and documentation pertaining to workforce management
  • Operation of all necessary equipment, such as POS systems, inventory control systems, phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and other office equipment
  • Oversight of operation and maintenance of all facilities and equipment used in the boutique
  • Effective communication with department managers and associates
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of retail store management experience, with a strong operations background
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures
Salary Range

This role offers a competitive salary range of approximately KWD 3,500 - KWD 4,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
