About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Director to lead our luxury retail store in [Location]. As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for maximizing store contribution by driving sales, reducing stock loss, and managing controllable costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive sales and revenue growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of sales associates and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.
  • Manage controllable costs, including labor, inventory, and marketing expenses, to achieve budgeted targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or leadership roles in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
