Job Title: Senior Fashion Retail Store Manager

About the Role:
As a Senior Fashion Retail Store Manager with D&H International Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement store strategies that meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • To lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve optimal levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • To monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • To maintain a deep understanding of our product range, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and customer preferences.
  • To foster strong relationships with headquarters teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • To recruit, train, and develop a skilled and diverse team, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • To manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • To stay abreast of local legislation and internal regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of store management.
  • To contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives, sharing best practices and expertise across the organization.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior retail manager in the fashion industry, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
