About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous Client Accounts Officer with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

This role requires ensuring seamless account management, delivering exceptional client service, and collaborating across departments for operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process new client account openings efficiently.
  2. Monitor and oversee client accounts and financial transactions.
  3. Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers through responsive queries.
  4. Update customer data using internal systems with daily data received from Kuwait clearing company.
  5. Coordinate with department heads and teams to address customer inquiries and resolve pending transactions.
  6. Ensure continuous client satisfaction through proactive service and follow-up.
  7. Liaise internally with other departments.
  8. Communicate externally with clients, Boursa Kuwait, and relevant stakeholders.
  9. Perform additional duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or business.
  • Completion of advanced training programs in client service or brokerage companies.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the financial services industry or a similar role.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and perform under pressure.
