Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Client Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure seamless account management, deliver exceptional client service, and collaborate across departments to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the process of opening new client accounts efficiently.
  • Monitor and oversee client accounts and financial transactions.
  • Responding to customer queries and providing them with timely, accurate, and professional support.
  • Update customer data using internal systems with daily data received from Kuwait clearing company.
  • Coordinate with department heads and teams to respond to customer inquiries and resolve pending transactions.
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction through proactive service and follow-up.
  • Liaise internally with other departments.
  • Communicate externally with clients, Boursa Kuwait, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Completion of advanced training programs in the client service or brokerage companies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the financial servicies industry or a similar role.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.

Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and perform under pressure.
