About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce last-mile logistics, with at least 3 years of experience in sales within the sector. They will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and closing deals in the competitive logistics industry.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

You will also require a deep understanding of the local logistics and delivery market, as well as fluency in English and Arabic. A valid Kuwait residency and driver's license are essential.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting tailored logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce businesses, retailers, and logistics partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
