About the Role
- Overseeing all country-level operations, including retail performance, financial management, and team leadership.
- Driving the execution of corporate strategies at the local level, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Management of store openings, renovations, and lease negotiations in partnership with mall operators and landlords.
- Monitoring business KPIs and preparing performance reports for senior management.
- Building and nurturing relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Leadership and development of a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
- +8 years of experience in retail operations, including minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury segment.
- Proven track record in managing multi-store operations and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a hands-on and analytical mindset.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Mandatory).
