We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Desk Clerk. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process incoming and outgoing personnel, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming and outgoing PCS, TCS, TDY, Contractors, deployed, and transit personnel on official government orders.
  • Maintain accurate manning roster and update the billeting database.
  • Provide daily information to staff and management.
  • Maintain key control and billeting records.
  • Issue linen and billeting supplies to occupants.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to queries.
  • Coordinate with tenant unit representatives regarding room reservations and issues.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required.
  • Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent education may be substituted for experience.
  • Demonstrated English comprehension, speaking, understanding, reading, writing, and typing skills.
  • Ability to supervise personnel and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with computer system administrative experience.
