  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Offer high-level administrative and clerical support to the department.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
  • Follow university rules and regulations.
  • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Send statements to outstanding customers.
  • Data Entry of accounting transactions in the AU Financial System.
  • Assist with account reconciliation.
  • Assist with monthly closing.
  • Respond to inquiries and aging requests.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Ensure the filing system is accurate and effective.
  • Undertake other duties as required by the Director- Finance.
