Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
This role involves providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our managers and employees
* Assist in daily office needs, including answering phone calls and scheduling meetings
* Manage our company's general administrative activities
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
* Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time on-site position located in Kuwait City. You will be working in a fast-paced office environment and will be required to interact with colleagues and clients regularly.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
