About the Role:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Identify, research, and pursue potential clients to expand the company's portfolio.

Deal Closing & Revenue Growth: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable contract agreements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
