Desk Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to lead our desk operations team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight
The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the desk operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Team DevelopmentThe supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the desk operations team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Quality AssuranceThe supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of service provided by the desk operations team, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience
A high school diploma is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of experience in emergency services is also required.
Certifications and TrainingHazmat awareness, telecommunicator I/II, and EMD certifications are preferred. Knowledge of military police reports (MPRs) IAW AR 190-45 and crime reporting center policies and procedures is also preferred.
Working Environment:
The supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and respond to emergencies. The supervisor must be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicating clearly and concisely with team members and stakeholders.
