Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant according to established brand standards and procedures. This includes participating in opening and closing procedures, maintaining adherence to norms and guidelines, and regularly inspecting merchandise and displays to ensure brand standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively manage a team, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach. They will also be proficient in MS Office and have a technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

The position requires three to five years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene cleanliness at all times and ensure others do the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Participate in daily opening and closing procedures to maintain adherence to norms and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly inspect merchandise and displays to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Team Management: Support colleagues by conducting monthly inventory tasks for all brand equipment, adhering to established procedures.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers upon arrival, present menus, assist with selection, and visit tables to ensure satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be required to contribute to achieving organizational goals, meet set targets, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) effectively.

Requirements:
  • Technical Degree: Technical degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in F&B operations or similar role necessary.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have excellent leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
