Job Description

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing high-value clients, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, a proven ability to close deals, and deep expertise in the marketing and advertising industry.

Responsibilities

Deal Closing & Revenue Growth:

  • Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
  • Develop customized proposals and sales presentations that resonate with client needs.
  • Leverage industry connections and strategic networking to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract finalization.
Requirements

10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the marketing, branding, or advertising industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
