Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, receiving business guests, and directing them to the relevant personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and forward them to the concerned employee
  • Receive business guests, understand their needs, and direct them to the positions in charge
  • Monitor the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Manage internal and external mail
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High School degree
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Transferable residency
  • Age between 25-35 years old
  • Non-smoker
  • The required experience should be in Kuwait
