Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, receiving business guests, and directing them to the relevant personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and forward them to the concerned employee
- Receive business guests, understand their needs, and direct them to the positions in charge
- Monitor the reception area and meeting rooms
- Manage internal and external mail
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School degree
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Transferable residency
- Age between 25-35 years old
- Non-smoker
- The required experience should be in Kuwait
