We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L and drive revenue growth by acquiring and maintaining business relationships with key decision-makers in the salon industry.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can promote and sell our products to salon businesses.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Target Market Identification: Identify and target potential salon clients through market research and analysis, developing a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new salons and expand existing relationships, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within the salon industry, providing them with expert advice and support, and building trust and credibility over time.
  4. Product Expertise: Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of our products or services offered to salon businesses, being able to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  5. Demonstrations and Presentations: Showcase product demonstrations and provide in-depth information to highlight the benefits of our offerings, leveraging storytelling techniques to engage clients and build emotional connections.
  6. Closing Deals: Close deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging negotiation skills and relationship-building expertise to build trust and credibility with clients.
  7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with salon clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  8. Industry Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development, and identifying opportunities to differentiate ourselves from competitors.
  9. Reporting and Insights: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and leveraging data and analytics to inform future sales strategies.
  10. Professional Development: Attend and/or conduct seminars, training, and workshops as per the company requirement, staying up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and leveraging this knowledge to drive business growth.
