Key Responsibilities:
">Develop and expand other postpaid channels, including tele marketing, community, VIP, D2C, modern trade, and new channels.
">- Identify opportunities for opening up new business channels and design business models.
- Analyze market insights on sales and competition behavior and prepare presentations to support senior management in making business decisions.
- Assess business intelligence analysis and communicate key information to management on performance against KPIs.
Drive operational excellence across channels by preparing clear guidelines for target setting and productivity enhancement models.
">- Develop analytical insights to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Create a robust channel performance evaluation matrix considering revenue generation and cost incurred.
Maintain strong relationships with internal parties, including marketing, sales channels, and operations.
