Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the country management in developing the Kuwait market strategic plan by integrating and prioritizing based on market data, client business plans, Visa priorities, and competitor activities.
  2. Develop and implement customized account strategies, objectives, and plans to increase revenue and market share.
  3. Lead account and relationship management and sales plans for assigned accounts, ensuring client business objectives are met.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend, develop, and implement innovative approaches to grow the client's business.
  5. Continuously monitor the market landscape to identify partnership opportunities and solutions that position Visa as a market leader.
  6. Coordinate with teams across Product Marketing, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Client Services, Innovation, Legal, Risk, and Support departments.
  7. Assist in developing, negotiating, and signing proposals by working with internal stakeholders and maintaining relationships with strategic partners.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
  2. 7+ years of experience in sales, retail banking, or cards, with expertise in banking/financial services, sales, portfolio development, and relationship management.
  3. Experience in banking/financial services sector or related sales roles.
  4. Skills in project management, strategic planning, analytics, and budgeting.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  6. Extensive knowledge of Visa, other payment systems, and card products.
  7. Proven ability to liaise, present, influence, and negotiate with senior international and local stakeholders.
  8. Ability to negotiate business agreements.
  9. Fluency in English.
  10. Strong presentation and analytical skills.
