Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Forex Country Manager to lead our business growth in the Egyptian market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the forex industry and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow our market share.

  • Sales & Business Development: Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

  • Introducing Broker Network: Leverage existing contacts and onboard new IBs to enhance our market penetration.

  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements.

  • Brand Awareness: Represent us in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.

  • Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.

  • A strong book of clients and IBs is a must.

  • Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.

  • Must be based in Cairo, Egypt, and willing to work from the office.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
