We are seeking a Commercial Director (Director of Sales and Marketing) who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering great service to our internal and external guests. This position reports to the General Manager.

The Commercial Director forms part of the Hotel Leadership team, which collectively makes key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel. Key responsibilities include directing and overseeing all marketing activities with the support of teams including Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Public Relations, and Revenue Management. You will ensure that all activities and bookings are focused on yielding maximum revenue per room occupied. Additionally, you will uncover, prospect, and sell group and individual business in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan and Budget. Moreover, you will monitor and motivate the sales activities and sales team, ensuring that all sales persons' quotas are met.
