Job Overview

The United Beverage Company K.S.C.C is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Manager to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them effectively.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  5. Maintain market trend awareness and competitor activity insights to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  7. Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
  8. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Compensation Package

We are offering a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
