Job Description

  • Company Overview: We are a leading industry player seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Strategic Marketing Director.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to build a comprehensive understanding of the market, its trends, and consumer behavior. This will inform the development of targeted marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Brand Development: Develop and implement a brand development strategy that enhances the company's image and reputation in the market. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media presence, and collaborating with external partners to increase brand visibility.

Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success in achieving marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in retail marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of key marketing principles, including advertising, media planning, sales promotion, public relations, digital marketing, and creative development.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
