Business Development Representative

A Business Development Representative is responsible for selling cars. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, promoting sales offers, and conducting test drives with interested customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding vehicles, pricing, availability, usage, and credit terms.
- Regularly contact customers to showcase vehicle features and recommend suitable models based on their requirements.
- Quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates in accordance with customer needs and company policies.
- Follow up with clients after sales to address any concerns and provide ongoing support.
- Supply customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Monitor market trends, product innovation, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Ensure test drives are conducted for customers as needed.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Participate in projects as necessary.
- Available to female Lebanese, Jordanian, Egyptian & Palestinian nationals.
- Diploma or university degree preferred; bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role or related field.
- Relevant experience: 0-2 years in the automotive industry.
- Bilingual skills, customer focus, and proficiency in both spoken and written communication required.
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
