Job Description

A Business Development Representative is responsible for selling cars. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, promoting sales offers, and conducting test drives with interested customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor when interacting with customers.
  2. Answer customer inquiries regarding vehicles, pricing, availability, usage, and credit terms.
  3. Regularly contact customers to showcase vehicle features and recommend suitable models based on their requirements.
  4. Quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates in accordance with customer needs and company policies.
  5. Follow up with clients after sales to address any concerns and provide ongoing support.
  6. Supply customers with product samples and catalogs.
  7. Monitor market trends, product innovation, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  8. Ensure test drives are conducted for customers as needed.
  9. Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
  10. Participate in projects as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Available to female Lebanese, Jordanian, Egyptian & Palestinian nationals.
  • Diploma or university degree preferred; bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role or related field.
  • Relevant experience: 0-2 years in the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual skills, customer focus, and proficiency in both spoken and written communication required.
  • Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
