Job Description
- We are looking for a strategic thinker who can identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance our operations and increase efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in competitor analysis, market research, and data analysis to help us stay ahead in the industry.
- This role involves representing the company in client meetings, documenting meeting outcomes, and coordinating internal and external follow-ups to ensure project requirements are met.
- The successful candidate will also conduct data analysis and gap analysis, assist with project management at multiple stages, and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
- In addition, this role will involve performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user training manuals, and guides.
- The successful candidate will also provide support in conducting in-depth data analysis and review the progress of recommended and implemented changes to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering or Operation Management, along with relevant practice experience.
- Familiarity with data management and category planning methods.
- Awareness of business and human impact on the environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience.
