Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key B2B clients, driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the B2B travel sector, and leveraging expertise in bed-bank operations and hotel inventory management.

About the Role

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying market trends, competition, and pricing strategies within the travel and bed-banking space. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients
  • Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Leverage expertise in bed-bank operations and hotel inventory management
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of sales growth and relationship-building
  • Strong understanding of the B2B travel industry
