The Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a performance-based organization that meets current and future business needs. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that all HR systems are enhanced, updated, and aligned with our company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of performance management-related subject matter.
  2. Lead and monitor the performance management cycle.
  3. Manage the administration of calculations and provide quarterly feedback and reports to major stakeholders.
  4. Develop communication plans for mid-year and year-end reviews.
  5. Ensure objectives, KPIs, and scorecards are properly set and cascaded.
  6. Complete mid-year and year-end reviews as per agreed plans.
  7. Finalize rating distributions as per company forced distribution.
  8. Support HR Leadership in HR budget planning and management.
  9. Administer the salary plan cycle and bonus scheme, providing analyses for needed data.
  10. Oversee the communication of bonus and status change letters.
  11. Recommend improvements for performance management.
  12. Manage projects focused on improving HR and performance management systems.
  13. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of HR reports.
  14. Ensure the completeness of data entered into the system.
  15. Automate HR processes and procedures.
  16. Recommend appropriate controls for system users as per job responsibilities.
  17. Collect and evaluate benchmarking survey results to ensure our long- and short-term compensation programs are current and competitive; provide recommendations accordingly.
  18. Update compensation and benefits processes and procedures to ensure fair and equitable pay rates among Ooredoo employees and in preparing job offers for new hires.
  19. Review and recommend job offer compensation for new hires.
  20. Process annual air ticket payments for eligible employees.
  21. Create and organize periodical reward ceremonies to recognize outstanding employees.
  22. Recommend the design and development of appropriate employee reward and recognition programs.
  23. Provide the HR Committee with accurate employee information to assist them with the selection process.
  24. Design, generate, and update reports for the business, including but not limited to:
  25. HR Employee Details
  26. Employee Costing Reports
  27. Employee Position and Salary Progression Report.
  28. Employees' Rating Distribution.
  29. Performance Management Status Report.
  30. Design and update PMR-related processes.
  31. Review employee benefits and compensation, updating them accordingly to be aligned with the market.
