Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist - Rewards & Performance Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing rewards and performance management programs to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Variable Compensation Programs:
    • Design and administer variable compensation structures to reward employees for outstanding performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of variable pay initiatives.
  2. Performance Management Execution:
    • Lead the performance appraisal process to ensure fairness, equity, and consistency.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance manager and employee performance management skills.
    • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.
  3. Benefits Program Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
    • Develop and maintain benefit programs to meet the changing needs of employees.
    • Communicate benefits information to employees to ensure they understand their entitlements.
  4. Recognition Program Support:
    • Design and implement recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.
    • Oversee the logistics of recognition programs to ensure successful execution.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to communicate recognition program goals and objectives.
  5. Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rewards and performance data.
    • Develop and implement reporting tools to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
    • Presentation of findings to senior leaders to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Policy Implementation & Governance:
    • Develop and implement policies to govern rewards and performance management practices.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Communicate policy changes to employees to ensure they understand their responsibilities.
