Office Manager Position - Al-Kuwait


Overview

Abroad Work seeks an accomplished Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Al-Kuwait branch.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage all administrative tasks in the office
  2. Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the office
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  4. Maintain records of all transactions within the office
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed
  6. Ensure that all equipment is in working order
  7. Develop systems to improve office efficiency

Qualifications
  1. Previous experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role
  2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication skills with ability to multi-task
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
