Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef who is fluent in English and of Malayalee origin to lead our culinary team in Ar Rumaythiyah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Kitchen Operations: Manage and supervise all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Create Menus: Develop new menus and dishes that showcase the best of Malayalee cuisine.
  • Train and Mentor Staff: Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Cuisine Expertise: Proficient in Malayalee cuisine with a deep knowledge of traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff.

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month and accommodation in Ar Rumaythiyah, Oman.
