**Job Title: E-Commerce Manager**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled E-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales and performance of our E-Commerce platforms in the hypermarket division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing end-to-end Ecommerce operations, and optimizing the customer experience.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability of the division. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be closely monitored and analyzed to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they will manage the entire E-Commerce operation, including inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.

A collaborative approach with marketing teams will be necessary to develop online marketing campaigns and promotions. The candidate will leverage digital marketing, CRM, and SEO strategies to drive traffic to the website. Furthermore, they will ensure that the E-Commerce platforms are optimized for a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.

The E-Commerce Manager must also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to E-Commerce operations. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E-Commerce and online retail is essential for success in this role.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in retail or F&B, out of which at least 5 years in managing e-commerce operations.
  • Experience in managing food and merchandise delivery.
  • Proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a hypermarket/retail industry and F & B.
  • Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, CRM, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in ORACLE / ERP.
