Sales and Business Development Manager - Health Club

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow our Health Club membership base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and events to engage members and attract new customers.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the Health Club industry.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
