Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow our Health Club membership base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty.
- Design and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and events to engage members and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the Health Club industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent English language skills are essential; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
