About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Washingtonia Agriculture and Landscaping Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, combined with leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to agricultural and landscaping markets, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across various locations, ensuring alignment with performance goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Landscaping, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role, ideally within the agricultural or landscaping sector.
