Business Development Associate

We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Telesales Officer to join our team at Al Mulla Group.
This role presents a unique chance to leverage your sales and customer service expertise to drive business growth and increase revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in telesales, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a keen understanding of the market and industry trends.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- CONTACTING CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES;
- PROMOTING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN A CLEAR AND CONCISE MANNER;
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE SALES AND REVENUE GROWTH;
- PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY;
In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management on performance and progress.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 3-4 years of experience in telesales or a related field;
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and email communication;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively;
