About the Role

As a Recruitment Strategist at Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.C), you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy to attract top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the recruitment process, ensuring the efficient utilization of existing manpower.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Policies
    • Design and implement effective recruitment policies and procedures to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with various departments to develop and maintain the company's annual manpower plan and quarterly reviews.
  • Evaluate and Recommend Recruitment Agencies
    • Assess and recommend suitable recruitment agencies and tools to enhance the hiring process.
  • Select Suitable Candidates
    • Utilize diverse assessment techniques to select the most qualified candidates for senior-level positions.
  • Maintain a Comprehensive CV Database
    • Manage a comprehensive CV database and coordinate with recruitment agencies to meet staffing needs.
  • Foster Relationships with Educational Institutions
    • BUILD strong relationships with educational institutions and local communities to participate in events and exhibitions.
  • Monitor Onboarding Programs
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate Job Descriptions
    • Coordinate with various departments to provide up-to-date job descriptions for all positions annually.
  • Contribute to Organizational Structure Development
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to organizational structure development.
  • Interview Senior-Level Candidates
    • Conduct thorough interviews for senior-level positions.
  • Optimize Recruitment Section Performance
    • Optimize recruitment section performance by reducing time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Manage Online Presence
    • Manage the company's online presence on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Bayt.
  • Prepare Recruitment Reports
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, providing valuable insights.
  • Maintain Confidentiality
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant employment laws and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education and Qualifications
    • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
