Human Capital Strategist

Key Responsibilities
As our HR Manager, you will oversee the HR department in both UAE and KSA, as well as all other locations that Alpin would operate in. You will coordinate with Group HR Director to ensure alignment of Alpin's HR Policies with those of its mother company, Setec. Additionally, you will ensure alignment of Alpin's Ethics policies with that of its mother company, Setec. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations, and coordinating with departments to conduct resources planning and analysis. You will lead the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and participating in making hiring decisions. Furthermore, you will manage Employee relations and ensure proper application of conflict management where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum 8 to 10 years of regional experience (UAE and/or KSA) with proven working experience as an HR manager or similar for a minimum of 5 years. You must be people-oriented and results-driven with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence. You will need demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. A strong understanding of UAE and KSA employment laws, regulations, and legal compliance requirements is also necessary. You should hold a BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field. Local driving license and independent transportation are a MUST.
Additional Requirements
Excellent English (oral and written) is required, with a strong command of English Grammar. French language (oral and written) is a plus. Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) is also required. Work experience in a professional office environment (preferably in a construction, engineering, or consulting company) is preferred. Detail-oriented individuals with excellent phone etiquette and interactive skills are highly valued. Highly independent and self-directed individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
