Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Representative to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through various sales techniques.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying potential opportunities and devising strategic sales plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff to gain their trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials and strategies.
  • Provide educational support to healthcare professionals and customers through product presentations, demos, and workshops.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, track inventory, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Dental technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Kuwait Driving License.
  • Transferable Residence.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
