Job Description:

The Product Specialist Immunology reporting to the Business Manager, is a key link between the company and healthcare professionals. The PS is responsible for promoting a registered product or group of products to physicians, pharmacists, and decision makers in hospitals and pharmacies in both public and private sectors.

The PS works strategically to increase awareness, create demand for the company's products, and ensure their availability in the market and institutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maximize sales and increase market share of products.
  2. Achieve sales targets in the designated territory while complying with company requirements.
  3. Maintain accurate coverage of the territory and ensure CRM reporting compliance.
  4. Conduct customer segmentation to approach target customers effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Keep customer database up to date to understand and fulfill customer needs.
  6. Stay informed about disease areas, products, and competitors.
  7. Present and discuss clinical data with healthcare professionals.
  8. Monitor developments in the healthcare system to identify opportunities and risks.
  9. Support brand strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  10. Perform market analysis including competitive intelligence.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  12. Organize promotional and educational events.
  13. Comply with legal and ethical guidelines, report adverse events and product complaints timely.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Kuwait, with a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical field. Immunology experience is advantageous. Proven success in working within cross-functional teams.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, planning and analytical skills, understanding of compliance and broader healthcare environment.
