Job Description

The Product Specialist Immunology reporting to the Business Manager, is a key link between the company and healthcare professionals. The PS is responsible for promoting a registered product or group of products to physicians, pharmacists, and decision makers in hospitals and pharmacies in public and private sectors.

The PS works strategically to increase awareness, create demand, and ensure product availability in the market and institutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales and increase market share of products.
  • Achieve sales targets in the designated territory while meeting all company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate coverage of the territory and ensure CRM reporting compliance.
  • Conduct customer segmentation to approach target customers effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep customer database updated to understand and fulfill customer needs promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.
  • Stay updated with product information and clinical data, and present these to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor developments in the healthcare system to identify opportunities and risks, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Support brand strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis including competitive intelligence.
  • Understand customer and market insights to meet business objectives.

Develop and strengthen relationships with leading specialists and KOLs.

  • Build sustainable relationships with target HCPs and stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing promotional and educational meetings, symposia, and conferences.
  • Comply with local laws, HCBI guidelines, FCPA, and PBC policies.
  • Report adverse events and product complaints per pharmacovigilance guidelines.
Qualification & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Kuwait.

Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical field.

Immunology experience is an advantage.

Proven success in working in complex cross-functional teams.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Strong anticipation and planning skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Understanding of compliance and broader healthcare environment.
