The role of Associate Sales Operations Analyst is an exciting opportunity to support a team of experts who drive sales teams' business objectives.

As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure orders are processed correctly.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative in improving the way the team works, maintaining compliance and associated governance.

Key performance indicators include increasing the velocity of deals and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used to drive key business decisions.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a team player who is passionate about partnering with sales teams and contributing to the technology industry's growth.

This remote-based position in the EMEA region offers a unique chance to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a global scale.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of day-to-day sales operations globally
  • Verify opportunities for accuracy and provision orders on successful deal closure
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Analysts and Manager to report on and improve sales data quality and processes
  • Provide CRM and other sales operations system support to the sales team globally
  • Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and other analytical tasks as required
  • Assist the team in automating and streamlining the Lead to Order process
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses an exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Holds experience working in an entry-level role in sales operations or related fields (e.g., financial analysis, sales analysis, or sales order processing), preferably in the technology industry
  • Demonstrates energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach focused on robust, repeatable, and scalable outcomes
  • Exhibits excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Shows ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a global scale
  • Demonstrates ability to work across team boundaries and communicate effectively
  • Holds experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Showcases ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events, up to two weeks long
