Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Actionable Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding & Partner Enablement: Lead the seamless onboarding of new partners, ensuring compliance with our standards.
  • Train Partners: Train partners on best practices, tools, and features to enhance their presence on the platform.
  • Marketing & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing teams and partners to execute promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager who possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships—preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth marketplace.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and performance tracking systems is a plus.
