Key Accountabilities:
  • Identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization through effective sourcing and screening strategies.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to meet those needs.
  • Engaging in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to build a robust talent pipeline and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a solid understanding of recruitment concepts and best practices.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting for multiple positions within an organization, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and devise effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, with a high level of expertise in leveraging these tools to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Native fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic viewed as an asset.
