Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and passionate Premium Dining Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in Kuwait. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing specific sections of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and the sous Chefs to craft innovative menus and execute signature dishes that exemplify our commitment to excellence in fine dining. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and expertise in culinary techniques while staying updated on the latest culinary trends.We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional with a minimum of two years of experience in a fine dining or premium restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant's standards.
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and innovate menu items.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Stay informed on current culinary trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
