Job Position: Training Specialist.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and elevating the customer experience. This role involves content creation, in-person and online workshops, on-the-floor coaching, and performance assessments. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in translating training materials between English and Arabic and capable of facilitating leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and performance assessments to identify learning gaps.
  • Create, update, and manage training content utilizing digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Translate training manuals and materials professionally between English and Arabic to support bilingual training delivery.
  • Lead and facilitate leadership development programs to support talent growth and succession planning.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data; provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with HR and management to support onboarding, ongoing development, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Coach sales teams through role-playing, customer service training, and real-time support to drive performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Retail/Perfume/Beauty Sales Coaching.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
  • Proficiency in translating training materials in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience facilitating leadership development programs is essential.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning content development.
  • Background in retail, perfumes, beauty, or customer service industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • From inside Kuwait only.
  • Visa 18 transferable.
