Job Title: Training Specialist - Fashion Division

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs for front-line staff in our fashion division.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing product knowledge, customer service, and soft skills, ensuring a premium customer experience across all touchpoints.

This role is responsible for developing and facilitating engaging training sessions on product knowledge, styling, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

A key part of this role is assessing training needs through feedback, store visits, and performance metrics, then collaborating with store managers and brand teams to align training with business goals.

Another important aspect is monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content as needed, and maintaining training materials and support resources up to date and relevant.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in L&D, preferably in fashion retail or a similar customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will have strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, as well as bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English). A passion for fashion, customer experience, and staff development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
