About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations training team, you will be responsible for ensuring that new hires receive the necessary training to perform their roles effectively.

You will oversee the execution of training programs on the Learning Zone, ensuring all MITs & restaurant managers are trained and certified per Brand standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating classroom training sessions, preparing workbooks, and delivering and assessing training programs.

Additionally, you will participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to stay updated on new training content and review and adapt training content to address cultural and linguistic needs while maintaining content integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure new hires receive the necessary training to perform their roles effectively.
  • Oversee the execution of training programs on the Learning Zone, ensuring all MITs & restaurant managers are trained and certified per Brand standards.
  • Coordinate classroom training sessions, including scheduling, participant management, and preparing workbooks, to optimize learning experiences.
  • Deliver and assess training programs; participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to stay updated on new training content.
  • Review and adapt training content to address cultural and linguistic needs while maintaining content integrity.
  • Provide regular reports on training activities and their effectiveness to Operations.
